Kobayashi-sama-san-chan is Yusuke's brother in the Girlchan in Paradise series.
He taught Yusuke the Striking spin whirling pinchahatsu technique. Yusuke and Kobayashi-sama-san-chan's eyes look the same. He appeared in the playground flashback in Episode 2.
